Why Digital Twin

Static renders and brochures flatten the story. A digital twin lets customers rotate the product, run the workflow, and actually experience what they're buying and not just hear about it. Sales closes faster. Service ramps quicker. Marketing runs leaner off one 3D source across web, trade show, AR, and training.

Frequently Asked

Digital Twin FAQs

What is a digital twin?

A digital twin is an interactive 3D replica of a physical product or system. Unlike a static render or a video, a twin responds to user input: rotate, zoom, open a panel, run a procedure, change a variant. It can live on a website, a kiosk, a tablet, or in AR and VR.

What inputs do you need to start?

Any of the following is enough for a first conversation: CAD files engineering drawings, reference photos, or a short video of the product. If you only have sketches, we can still scope the work.

How long does a typical project take?

A single-product web twin usually runs four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. A full configurator with multiple variants, or a twin integrated into a training platform, runs eight to sixteen weeks. We share a firm timeline after the scoping call.

Where can the final experience be deployed?

Any modern browser, touchscreen kiosks, tablets and phones, trade show displays, Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest, and embedded inside your existing marketing site or sales tool. We optimize the build for the target device list.

How do we know if a digital twin is worth it for our product?

A twin usually pays back fastest when one or more of these is true: your product is technical and hard to explain in a brochure, your sales cycle involves a physical demo that is expensive to ship, your service teams travel to train customers, or your marketing team is generating the same 3D asset repeatedly for different channels. We will tell you honestly if a twin is the wrong fit.
