Pharma & Diagnostics
Sales + Field Service
Build
This is a digital twin of the PENG Analyzer, a molecular diagnostics instrument, built at production fidelity for sales and remote service. A single 3D asset is engineered to power three surfaces, a trade-show kiosk, a remote sales call and a VR meeting room. That is the structural advantage of a digital twin. One build, every surface.

Stage
The same twin is built to drive two sales surfaces. On a trade-show floor, a rep can walk prospects through the PENG Analyzer on a large touch display, with no physical unit shipped. In a collaborative VR room, prospects can join from anywhere and examine the instrument at full scale. For OEMs selling six-figure instruments into clinical labs, this is engineered to replace shipped demos and reduce travel.

Monitor
Beyond sales, the twin is built to mirror a real instrument's live state. Wired into an OEM's IoT layer, the model can update in real time. Chamber temperature, sample throughput and maintenance alerts can flow into a tablet dashboard. A service engineer in India could diagnose a unit in São Paulo without flying out. The same asset is engineered to serve both sales and remote service.

Scale
For pharma and diagnostics OEMs, an interactive digital twin is designed to cut physical demo costs, reach buyers who never attend trade shows, and give field service a remote diagnostic tool. Designing a digital twin for a diagnostics or pharma instrument? Penguincil builds these for OEMs around the world.
